Description
Kabuli Chana holds a great eclectic history and is regarded as one of the earliest cultivated lentils. Kabuli Chana is small, knobby and hard with a beige coloured appearance. It has the appearance of a withered hazelnut, and looks like a regular chickpea, albeit its diameter is less than a centimetre. Kabuli Chana is commonly used for preparing hummus or falafel and has a sublime flavour with a supremely rich nutritional content, and a creamy, nutty flavour. It is very low on fat, but is power packed with proteins and is undoubtedly an excellent food for the vegetarians. At FOI, each Kabuli Chana is assiduously handpicked and we make sure that our grain is absolutely organic, fresh and devoid of any adulteration, thereby possessing the most mouth watering, rich delectable taste.
